Samsung 近日發表了 Galaxy Note 3 的變異版 - Galaxy Note 3 Neo，並且有 3G 和 LTE+ 兩個版本，顧名思義 3G 版就僅支援 3G（HSPA+ 21Mbps），而 LTE+ 版則 LTE Cat 4（150Mbps）及 DC-HSPA+（42Mbps）。規格方面兩者都十分相似，都配備了 5.5 吋 720p 的 HD Super AMOLED 螢幕、2GB RAM 記憶體、16GB 內部儲存空間、800 萬像素主鏡頭、200 萬像素前置鏡頭、3,100 mAh 電池以及預載 Android 4.3 Jelly Bean，並支援 microSD 記憶卡擴充儲存容量，當然還有一支 S Pen。
除此之外，Galaxy Note 3 Neo 的 3G 版和 LTE+ 版都擁有相同的機身尺寸和重量 - 148.4 × 77.4 × 8.6 mm 及 162.5 g，而且更使用了 Galaxy Note 3 的仿皮革機背，亦支援 Note 3 的 Air Command、S Note 等功能。連接性方面，兩個版本都有 NFC、藍牙 4.0、WiFi 802.11 ac 以及 IR LED（紅外線）。比較特別的是 LTE+ 版採用了共六核心的 2 + 4 處理器，當中包括了 1.7GHz Cortex-A15 雙核心的處理器和 1.3GHz 的 Cortex-A7 四核心處理器，3G 版則是使用 1.6GHz 的四核心處理器。

Samsung Electronics Co.., Ltd. unveiled their latest device - GALAXY Note 3 Neo. GALAXY Note 3 Neo, alongside improved versions of Easy Clip, Multi Window and S Note, has features typical of Note 3 (eg Air Command) and compatibility with GALAXY Gear continually provides exceptional line of Note. New device Galaxy Note 3 Neo will be available throughout the world in three colors - black, white and green in February of this year.
- Air Command allows the user to easily move around the screen and clicking a button stylus, providing constant access to five useful functions such as memo of action [Action Memo], Scrapbook [Scrapbook], S Finder window stylus [Pen Window] and Writing the screen [Screen Write].
- Easy Clip easily cut image. When you select using the stylus area to be cut out, Easy Clip effectively removes the background, leaving a clean and professional image.
- Multi Window supports multitasking and intuitive sharing the big screen. The easy sharing [Easy Sharing] allows the user to drag and drop image and switching function application [App Switching] allows you to view web pages running on the interface Multi Window.
- S Note has been updated to support Notebook UX features browsing and synchronization and access to its Note 3 Neo from anywhere.
- My Magazine personalize the display of messages, e-mails, calendar, access to social networks, providing greater convenience of reading in a format similar to newsprint.
